Update 9.7.2024:
Carlos is a stunning dog. He likes to be with his playmates and would blossom in his own home. But he is black which is bad because many people simply don’t want black dogs. Why?

This is a new photo of him. He still hasn’t found his furever home. Look at his shining coat!
His story:
He’s your guy, he’s our guy, he’s everybody’s guy…Carlos!
Carlos is a young and energetic Cretan hound who was found roaming around the area very close to the shelter.
He had a severed rope tied to his collar which is why we assume that someone had tied him to the shelter fence, but he broke himself free.
Carlos is a beautiful young dog who loves people.
He is an amazing character and his talents are wasted in the shelter!
He is social with other dogs, especially females, (but can be a bit dominant with other males).
Carlos would thrive in an active home with someone that can give him a lot of exercise, training and attention.
