Rosie is adopted!

Her former mom tells:

I would like to take this opportunity to show my gratitude to Elizabeth Iliakis and all her wonderful staff at the Souda Shelter Project. I had taken in a rescue puppy who was three months old. I named her Rosie. We were the best of friends and had such good times together. When Rosie grew older, I was called out of retirement to look after a family member. This meant that I was away from Rosie for twelve hours a day. Rosie went nuts, poor girl. She started barking and howling and threats from neighbours started coming. I was so worried for her safety and didn’t know what to do. I talked with Elizabeth who agreed to take Rosie to the Shelter. There she was safe, loved and cared for.

It broke my heart to let her go but it was the best thing for Rosie. Today I received a message from Elizabeth telling me that Rosie is now in a lovely new home, a farm in Germany, with other dogs for company and a loving family. I am so very pleased for Rosie. My biggest thanks to the lady who adopted Rosie and my most heartfelt gratitude to Elizabeth for all she did for Rosie. Elizabeth, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
