Selini
This beauty’s name is Selini which means moon in Greek.
All of her life she was tied on a very small chain. She was always hungry, she was not fed everyday and when she was she was only given scraps and left overs.
Water was a luxury.
The place she was living in was always dirty with feces.
Selini was clearly abused and had to be removed from there. That is when Eleni stepped in and removed the animal from these abusive conditions.
Poor Selini is very friendly with people and other animals.
She is an amazing dog.
She is sterilized and is presently living with Eleni.
Selini needs to find a forever loving home, her magical eyes show how much love she has to give.
Heterochromia is caused by a lack of the pigment melanin in all or part of one eye. In dogs with heterochromia, the lack of melanin causes one of their eyes to appear blue or bluish-white. Heterochromia in dogs is often hereditary, meaning it is passed through their genetic makeup. It does not affect their vision. It actually looks beautiful.
Selini (meaning moon in Greek) is a beautiful young girl with this extraordinary condition in both eyes.
Selini was taken from her owner who had her chained and severely neglected. Her foster mom cannot keep her and is looking for a forever home. We love both Selini and her foster mom and want to help.
Anyone interested Selini is a young girl, neutered, fully vaccinated, leishmania free.
