Hanyu (adopted)

Hanyu (on the right)  has already been adopted,

Yuzu and his brother Hanyu were recently abandoned near the shelter on the other side of the highway and for a couple of days, they wandered there, disoriented, in search of food, water, and shelter. Hanyu was immediately friendly and eagerly jumped into the arms of our caretaker, but it took a bit more effort to gain the trust of the slightly shyer Yuzu. Eventually, though, we succeeded. Both of them have since opened up to us. Yuzu is still a bit reserved with unfamiliar people, but once he warms up to someone, he becomes a playful and lively little fellow. He integrates well into our large group of dogs and has no hesitations about interacting with the “big guys”.
