Lady (adopted)

Update 21.3.2025:
Lady. She batteled the toughest fight and won.
Now, she’s ready for the next chapter! Small Lady already had a home waiting, but after her neutering, everything took a tragic turn.
She contracted a multi-resistant bacterium, and for weeks, her life hung by a thread. Every single day, she had to be taken to the vet, where the open wound in her abdominal wall was carefully cleaned under sedation—along with painful antibiotic injections. It was an immense challenge for everyone involved.
Most cats would have fought back, scratched, or bitten—understandably so. But not Lady. Like a little angel, she endured it all without resistance.
And her resilience was rewarded: at the beginning of this week, she was officially declared healed! Due to these circumstances her adoption fell through.

Now, Lady’s once again searching for a loving home—a palace, a kingdom fit for the gentle soul she is. She has more than earned it!
Her story:
Meet Lady. Lady’s a dainty little miss who adores people. Sweet as butter, she’s captured our hearts, and we hope she’ll capture yours too.
Lady is one of four sisters born in the fields near our shelter. We managed to catch all of them, including their mom, dad (or at least one of their dads), and all four siblings, and had them neutered.
Mom and dad have been released back outside, and soon it’ll be Lady and her sisters’ turn. The issue? We thought these young cats were feral because they’d never really had contact with humans. But they’re actually not!
They start purring the moment you pick them up We’d love to find them a home this way, so we don’t have to release them back onto the streets near the dangerous highway.
Please consider adopting Lady and giving her the better chance at life that she deserves.
