Update 2.9.2025:

Who’s that? It’s Nero – the boy with the most beautiful eyes!

In the past, a few people have shown interest in him, but in the end, the choice has always fallen on another dog. And while we’re truly happy for every dog who finds a loving home, our hearts break a little extra for our sweet Nero!

His name means “water” in Greek, because he and his six siblings were found and brought to us by the kind people from the water company when they were just tiny pups.

Today, Nero is a handsome young boy, around one year old, neutered and waiting for his turn!

Most of his siblings have already left the shelter. Nero is a social, calm and overall super playful and affectionate boy, always happy to get your attention and some cuddles.

Medium-to-large in size and weighing around 28 kg, Nero is the perfect balance of strong and gentle.

Can you picture him by your side as your best friend for life? Give Nero the chance of a lifetime!

Soon to be talk of the town Nero was born in July 2024 and is brother of Kyma, Potami, Okeanos, Limni, Riaki and Pigi. Isn’t he adoable?
