Ocean (adopted)
Ocean has been through a lot in his first year of life.
When he was just a few months old, he was found with a severe eye infection. He had to have his right eye removed, and his left eye has some permanent damage.
But this doesn’t hold him back at all! Ocean is a happy, playful young cat who gets around just fine in his familiar surroundings.
He loves playing and especially enjoys spending time with his sister Pearl.
They would make a great pair if adopted together, and he’s also good with dogs.
Other than his vision issues, Ocean is healthy, neutered, vaccinated, and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV.
His story:
Likely siblings, they share a similar past, both overcoming severe eye infections.
Due to his handicap, Ocean is a bit more cautious and hesitant. He needs a quiet home where he can take the time to feel at home, and nobody is disappointed if he hides for the first couple of days.
Once comfortable, Ocean is a very affectionate and playful young cat.
Black Pearl and Ocean are currently living in a foster home and can be adopted together or individually.
(Black Pearl, his sister, is incredibly affectionate and cuddly; she loves to snuggle. She’s an easy-going cat and very friendly towards humans, dogs, and other cats.)
